1. About Referatesla.ca
ReferATesla.ca is an independent platform that helps users find and use Tesla referral links. New referral-link listings are not currently being accepted; existing listings continue under the terms in place at signup. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Tesla Inc.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the platform and purchase any services.
3. User Responsibilities
By using this platform, you agree to:
- Provide only accurate and authorized Tesla referral links.
- Not submit expired, fraudulent, or misleading information.
- Refrain from scraping, hacking, or reverse engineering the platform.
- Be solely responsible for content you submit and any interactions through the referral system.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove any submission at our discretion and without notice.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
New premium listing sign-ups are not currently being accepted. The terms below continue to apply to any active listing already in place.
Premium listing or waitlist features were billed through Stripe. By submitting payment, you agreed to Stripe’s terms and our pricing terms at the time of purchase.
All fees are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We do not store credit card information. Subscription slots may rotate over time depending on platform traffic.
Referral links and account data are stored securely using Supabase with access controls.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content on ReferATesla.ca—including logos, text, layout, and design—is owned by us and protected under Canadian copyright and trademark laws.
By submitting a referral link or listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote your content on the platform.
6. Disclaimer
This platform operates independently and has no formal relationship with Tesla Inc.
We do not guarantee that referrals will result in rewards or that Tesla will honor referrals made through this platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
- You assume full responsibility for your use of the platform.
- We do not guarantee platform uptime or future availability.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform—temporarily or permanently—if you violate these Terms or engage in any abusive or fraudulent behavior.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReferATesla.ca and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that province.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted with the effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
